We are an independent artificial intelligence laboratory based in the Principality of Monaco. Our job is to curate, interpret, and explain the signal inside the noise. Our mission is to bridge the gap between public understanding and advanced AI research. We publish our research on Substack.
We read the research, you get the insights.

Research
At AI Monaco, we act as a translator between highly technical research and the real-world decisions that leaders, investors, and families need to make. We spend thousands of hours doing research, so you don’t have to. Through our Substack we offer what we call “information arbitrage”: scanning and synthesizing only what matters, to keep you at the edge of what is happening in AI. Access is completely free: no paywall, no upsell. Just leave your email and our latest insights land directly in your inbox.
Advisory
We help decision-makers navigate the AI macro-landscape. From top-down themes to bottom-up work, we map themes → sectors → companies → numbers to guide your research end-to-end. Over the past year, we’ve worked tirelessly to identify alpha-generating opportunities and our efforts have paid off. You can follow our research and analysis on Substack, where we share deep-dives, case studies, and in-depth analysis. If you want to know more, get in touch for tailored services.
Conferences
Following sold-out conferences in November 2024 and November 2025, AI Monaco returned to the Yacht Club de Monaco in May 2026 for another highly successful event, once again filling the room. Leading voices from all over the world came together for talks and panels exploring the most important developments in AI, from frontier research to real-world deployment and investment. Building on this momentum, our next conference will take place on 23 January 2027 at the Yacht Club de Monaco. We hope to see you there!
