Associate Dean at EDHEC AI Center | Professor of AI & Decision Sciences | Leader in Ethical AI Integration
Dr. Michelle Sisto is Associate Dean of the EDHEC AI Center and Associate Professor of AI and Decision Sciences at EDHEC Business School. With more than 30 years of experience in international higher education, she has shaped the academic landscape through key leadership roles, including Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, MBA Director, and Strategic Advisor to the Dean on Teaching and Learning.
A native of Washington, D.C., Dr. Sisto is now at the forefront of EDHEC’s AI integration strategy, driving both research and institutional innovation in the use of artificial intelligence for professional and organizational transformation. Her work focuses on building frameworks that foster responsible, human-centered adoption of AI in business contexts.
She currently serves on the Boards of QTEM and the Responsible AI Consortium, helping define ethical standards and best practices for AI in education and enterprise alike.
Dr. Sisto holds a BS in Mathematics from Georgetown University, an MSc in Mathematics from Université Côte d’Azur, and a PhD in Finance from EDHEC, where she continues to bridge academic excellence with practical, future-oriented insight.
