Giada Franceschini is the CEO and Co-founder of PARLA, Italy’s first AI model aggregator platform, and AI Solutions Architect and Co-founder of Boosha AI. With a mission to make artificial intelligence accessible and ethical, she has led over 250 AI training sessions for companies across Italy, helping organizations harness technology for growth without compromising human value.
Giada’s approach is rooted in human-centric design: enhancing rather than replacing human capabilities. Her work bridges the technical and the strategic, guiding businesses in adopting AI solutions that align with sustainability, competitiveness, and ethical responsibility.
A recognized voice in the Italian AI landscape, she has been invited to OpenAI’s DevDay in London and teaches at several prestigious institutions, including IED, RUFA, and Ninja Business School. She also contributes to the “Intelligent Systems” course at UNINETTUNO University.
Through her companies, Giada is building the infrastructure for a more inclusive, transparent, and effective use of AI in business.
