Dr. Gregory Gadzinski is Associate Professor of Finance and former Head of the Finance and Economics Department at the International University of Monaco. A leading voice in financial innovation and education, he teaches core modules for Monaco’s AMAF certification—a mandatory program for professionals working in the Principality’s financial sector.

With over 15 years of experience designing executive programs, seminars, and webinars, Dr. Gadzinski has advised major institutions such as the European Central Bank (ECB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). His expertise lies in applying Big Data, Machine Learning, and Explainable AI to high-stakes financial environments marked by complexity and uncertainty.

His academic work—published in top-tier peer-reviewed journals—explores the intersection of Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and financial systems. He also specializes in Fintech and Decentralized Finance (DeFi), with a particular focus on the architecture and regulation of Stablecoins.

Dr. Gadzinski holds a PhD in Econometrics from Aix-Marseille University and remains a key contributor to the evolution of data-driven finance in Europe and beyond.
