Carlo Antoniazzi is Vice President and a founding member of Aream & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on M&A within the interactive entertainment industry. With a global perspective and deep sector expertise, Carlo has advised on numerous mid- to large-cap transactions, helping shape the future of gaming, media, and tech.
Before Aream, Carlo worked at Qatalyst Partners in London, where he specialized in large-cap technology deals. Today, in addition to his dealmaking role, he leads Aream’s initiatives on culture, talent development, and training across its international offices.
He holds a B.Eng. in Management Engineering from La Sapienza University and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics. Carlo is also an active member of the Aspen Institute community, recognized as a Rising Leader in the UK and a Junior Fellow in Italy.
